I highly recommend it for first time travelers, singles, and seniors. Cook Academy activity is the best. Some others said mold was in the rooms. Otherwise, very good. The entire tour was well managed, the tour guides were excellent and very knowledgeable. Yes,tour manager was excellent. Enjoyed visiting so many different areas and experiencing those cultures. We had a bad service experience with the Park Plaza Hotel in London and would recommend that another hotel be used.
